MEGAN LOVEJOY DEJA

A Chicago native, Megan was raised in an artistic family just outside the city. After high school, she landed a job at ELLE magazine, working directly with renowned Publications Director and Head Photographer Gilles Bensimon. Before finishing college, Megan was hired by Chicago magazine to assist on photo shoots and in the art department. She soon replaced the Photo Editor, and her career took off, eventually leading her to become Director of Photography.

After leaving the magazine, she served as Managing Producer for Crate & Barrel and CB2, running their eCommerce photo studio and managing some of the largest photography initiatives in the company’s history. After running her own production company, Megan wanted to explore new challenges and broaden her creative experience, which led her to the VFX and technology industry.

She now lives in Southern California and works with some of the best brands in the world. Megan has over 20 years of experience across editorial, commercial, and eCommerce photography, hiring photographers and crews around the world. She loves traveling, making people laugh, and telling stories through beautiful photographs.
